The weather for the final World Cup round is excellent, lets hope it stays that way!

Barel injured!

News is coming to hand that Fabien Barel has crashed in Champery breaking 3 ribs. Chances are this means he will be out for the Val Di Sole World Cup and Champery World Championships. If this is the case Fabien has raced his last World Cup in his home country of France finishing in 4th at La Bresse. It was here heAannounced his retirement after the World Championships, this date may have been brought forward by a few weeks. As they say ‘live by the sword, die by the sword’, lets hope this is not the case and the legend gets to retire in style at Champery. All the best Fabien, more news as it comes to hand.

Mount Torrens Race Report 6th & 7th August 2011

Round 5 of the South Australian State Series was another wet race, this time on private property at Mount Torrens. A few changes to the track kept riders on their toes but it was mainly the weather that would slow competitors down.
